Product Description

With a maximum length of 30 cm, Hippocampus abdominalis, commonly known as the Big-Belly Seahorse, is one of the largest seahorse species worldwide. Its sturdy body, broad, rounded belly, and powerful tail help it cling to rocks or seagrass. It is native to the chilly coastal waters of southern Australia and New Zealand. It is popular for home aquariums, research, and marine exhibits because of their serene disposition and distinctive look.

Due to its protected status and international trade requirements, proper documentation is essential when supplying captive-bred Hippocampus abdominalis to global markets.

Export Documentation for International Trade

As a professional sea horse farm, we comply with required breeding regulations and maintain the necessary documentation for protected seahorse species. We provide both CITES Export Permit and Artificial Breeding Certificate for qualified international shipments.

Choosing captive-bred Hippocampus abdominalis also supports sustainable aquarium trade by reducing the need to collect wild seahorses.

Our sea horse farm supplies healthy captive-bred Big-Belly Seahorses to aquarium importers, wholesalers, retailers, public aquariums, and research institutions, complete with export documentation and international shipping support.
